AWEL AI assistant terms of use

These Terms of Use (the “AWEL Terms”) govern access to and use of the conversational and operational assistant named AWEL (the “Assistant”) made available on the CoBeautyFlow platform operated by Winchflow Technologies.

The Assistant includes the in-app help chatbot and related assistance features. By enabling or using the Assistant, you accept these AWEL Terms in addition to the General Terms of Use and the Privacy Policy.

1. Nature of the service

AWEL is a digital assistance service based on artificial intelligence. It provides information, suggestions and help with navigation or account setup. It is not legal, tax, medical or regulated professional advice, nor a substitute for human judgement.

2. Access and consent

Use of the Assistant requires an active CoBeautyFlow account and your express acceptance of these AWEL Terms. You may withdraw consent at any time in your profile; withdrawal stops access going forward.

3. Data processed for AWEL

Processing includes account identity data, conversation content (text and, where enabled, voice/transcripts), necessary usage context, and technical metadata. Details are set out in the Privacy Policy — AWEL AI assistant. Infrastructure is operated with EU/France hosting and without selling conversation content for advertising.

4. User obligations

You must use the Assistant lawfully, avoid unlawful content, and review and validate any suggestion before publishing or applying it.

5. Limitation of liability

Automated answers may be incomplete or inaccurate. You remain solely responsible for decisions and published content. To the extent permitted by law, the publisher is not liable for indirect damages arising from use of the Assistant.

6. Intellectual property

The Assistant and related materials remain the property of the publisher or its licensors. You receive only a personal, non-exclusive right to use the service on CoBeautyFlow.

7. Changes

Material changes may require renewed acceptance before continued use.
